Junior Technical Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Customer Development:Analyze regional market demand, develop market expansion strategies, identify potential customers through research and competitive analysis, expand sales channels, maintain key customer relationships, and establish a customer management system;

2. Product Promotion & Sales Support:Implement product promotion plans to enhance brand awareness and market recognition. Write and update product materials and case studies, and provide technical support and pre-sales consultation;

3. Project Management & Customer Demand Management:Be responsible for overall project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations. Coordinate resources, track progress, costs, and quality, assess project risks, and resolve issues;

4. Cross-Department Coordination & Team Collaboration:Work closely with technical, R&D, business, and finance departments to ensure smooth project implementation. Coordinate internal resources, manage contracts, budgets, progress, and quality, and drive successful project delivery.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with fluent English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills; 1-3 years of work experience is preferred;

2. Experience in product sales or project management is preferred;

3. Experience working in foreign companies in the same industry or studying abroad is preferred;

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, good learning ability, and excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
